I have been using the block tax programs for a very long time (including tax cut days). Now my eyesight is not as good as it used to be making it hard to view the tax screens. Even changing the
screen resolution does not help because the program has so much blank space. I will be investigating other programs with better displays next season.

I have used H&R Block tax software for many years, and keep coming back. It has served me well. However, in my opinion, the one thing that needs "fixing" is the credit segment of the AZ state program. It only handles a portion of the available tax credits, which is ok, but when credits are used which are also deductions (e.g., certain charitable organizations), it becomes necessary to iterate, recomputing the state tax multiple times, to arrive at the correct deduction reduction amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
