Bought it couple months ago and start working on our taxes this week. Imported last year data from Turbo tax very easy and simple to process thru the Federal and State Q&A . E filing both Federal and State easily and quickly but the State was not accepted the first time with some pin AGI errors , and I must followed the instructions to fix the issue and resend the State the second time successfully.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast

Reliable software that I have used now for many years. It is easy to load; easy to enter data; easy to follow and complete and submit with e-file. The comments apply to Federal and state returns. One comment. With Deluxe version comes the Federal and one state return. To file state though with e-file and additional charge must be paid. Once again this year I comment that e-file for the state should be in the cost of the software for no extra charge. State comes with the Deluxe version and so should e-file.

I've used this software for the last 6 years. This is the first year I imported my transactions from my investment company. The results were confusing but a review proved the processing was correct, eventhough it might not have matched what I would have done with the information without importing it. I am convinced it is accurate and feel confident.

Keeps modifying my SSN to some wrong number.

Every time I efile, the return is rejected because my SSN is wrong. I correct it, resend with the same result. My SSN is wrong again.
Cons: Hard to prepare

I encountered two problems on my Jersey Return.
Since my particulars forced me to paper file the errors were as follows:
1) I could not enter my direct deposit information such that it would appear on the Jersey paper return.
This forced me to manually entered the direct deposit info on my Jersey paper return.
2) My Drivers License was truncated.. I had to manually complete it on the Jersey paper form...
