I have been using H&R Block tax software to file my taxes for more than a decade. It's easy to use and does a very thorough job.

It works just fine. It is easy to understand and you do get the free efile for Fed taxes.
Two minor problems:
1- doing the final check, I got a warning about last year filing itemized deductions. I didn't. And I did not know what to do about the warning. I just ignored.

2 - The bar code on the bottom of the payment voucher does not get fully printed. This has been on on-going problem that has not been corrected.
