I had a question about something on my form and the AI was useless and unhelpful. Your software a year ago was better than it is now. This is what you get for cutting corners. It used to be that my questions were answered and software was helpful, no longer now.

It seems there is a conflict with my tax return for the last 2 years. Keeps getting kicked back, and I’m getting charged each time for the same re-filing when I re-send the application.

Overall works very well, some areas that were confusing in past editions have improved. One area that did confuse me, was importing last years return. Upgraded to a new computer and didn't have access to past years returns.

I have been using the H & R Block Tax Software for many years, so many that I cannot count. This year, as in the past, I am pleased with your product. One year, after hearing numerous ads from your competitor, I decided to try theirs. Not only did it cost more, but it was inferior to your product! That year I ended up buying your software again, even though I spent money on the competitor's software! I am so happy that I did! Keep up the good work!
