No support for aca a d form 8962 with split allocation. Per googling, the sw has a glitch. Forced to paper file.

Always reliably accruate, input screens keep improving, esp, the K-1 this year.........still looking for some "re-formatting of input and output screens" to make the interface easier to read & work with; that would make it 5star!

Taxbot was useless with the most important questions - how to fill out the software. Should be possible to file a state return with different filing status than federal.

H and R block digital download Federal and state

This process took a long time to download and open, once it opened it kept closing unexpectedly and took several minutes to reopen, this occurred several times while trying to complete my taxes which was extremely frustrating and difficult. The system also failed to input the correct data after typing it in correctly on my state return which had errors that I caught at that end while proof reading my printed copy. After all that trouble my federal return was rejected so I have to figure out what happened. Overall it has been the worst tax year experience using this digital download system. The disk software was much reliable with faster speeds and better performance. I will not be using this system next year as it is very disappointing and defective.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the software performed as previous iterations of this product, perhaps because of my changing circumstances, I found it difficult to answer the interview questions. While not a novice in dealing with federal tax peculiarities, this related to a simple inability to understand the proper answer for the question. The popup links were of no help, they provided no targeted information and failed to provide at least a subsequent link to a Federal "FORM" that, though obscure, might have given me a clue as to the correct answer to the review question. I have never had this experience with this software in the past. The increasingly complex tax code is challenging to every one so it is incumbent upon the pervades of such software to rise to the occasion. I have NO interest in divining the nuance of the federal tax code, I rely on you to do that. Then make ti UNDERSTANDABLE to me in your software.

Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
