I'm unhappy because you removed the option to generate PA local income tax forms. My local tax collector added the ability to import from a PDF form this year, but I no longer can generate one and instead am forced to re-enter all of my data again manually.

I have used other tax programs in the past and always come back to Block. It is clearer and cleaner to use, the forms are readily available to see when you want to see where your answers go and why. I have never had a problem with the IRS when I used this software. I will use Block software next Tax year for sure.

This software is like a kiosk at the grocery store and can same you a lot money by doing your own taxes and getting a better understanding of your income and expenses.Tax laws are not that complicated for the average person. Great product.

I really believe that Americans should not have to file taxes at all and we need to eliminate the IRS. Put the burden on US companies for tax collection. Otherwise, this product helps navigate the extremely difficult tax code. I wish it offered all the loopholes that large corporations get to use, but HR Block would never do that
