I have been using H&R Block Software for quite some time now. It's easy to navigate and very thorough. I don't have to try and figure anything out, I just need to read and answer the questions as directed. I haven't needed to go beyond in asking additional questions, except in the very beginning, and the customer support was great! I love this product and plan on continuing to use it. Thanks H&R Block for making tax time non-stressful. Blessings!!

Good, but not great product

Ive been using this product for years, and want to continue to. A couple of things I would like to see. One, is a software version for the iPad. I know there is an online only version, but the last time I tried it, the interface And flow was totally, and unnecessary, different that the software version. Two, If the software can process a K1 for investments, it needs to support ALL of the K1, ALL including special codes. HR should provide free online or phone assistance for any code they do not support.

I have been using this software for years and it has not let me down yet. It knows what to have me consider and walks me through the more complicated processes step by step. If you are not sure something applies to you it will help you figure it out. I am very happy with this product.
