too many glitches this year. unskiled programmers.

user for 15 years, this year has the most glitches, especially the state. Several deduction did not transfer over. I barely caught it in time. Could have cost me hundeds of dollars.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The program is easy to install . If I have questions, they can be answered within the program. It offers an assistant which can help you figure out some things you don’t know. It’s great and easy to use.

This is about the 10th time I have bought this product and I find it pretty good. This year, however, there was a change to the state software that prevented me from electronically filing ... had to mail it in with some forms that the state apparently wanted to support reductions in state income, i.e. Social Security and contributions to not-for-profits exceeding a particular amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wondering if all deductions were accounted for

Not entirely easy to use. During the time taken to complete the return, ran into several issues pertaining to AGI with the new deductions from the OBBB. With the added deductions was concerned regarding all the numbers.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
