I purchased the software Deluxe edition with both federal and state returns. Downloaded and loaded the software and only had the federal returned. Was forced to purchase the state return at an additional cost.

The product did an excellent job completing tax forms, but there was a software glitch and I could not file form electronically. Need to update program next week and try to file again - very frustrating!

We have used this product for many years and it has simplified our tax filing immensely. We never have to worry about omitting anything because it is so thorough. The calculator for donated clothing is so helpful and eliminated a lot of guessing. We do not dread the filing process and you very quickly are notified your tax return was accepted. This is a great program and we have never had any issues about our tax returns since using it.
