The user experience of their software is horrid. It’s so hard to find what you’re looking for and not easy enough for the user to not have to search where something is. However, I did like that they defined a lot of tax terms. That saved me from looking up a word on google. But, in the end, I did end up frustrated and uncertain if I finished all the sections.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only feature that could be improved is permitting more than the 5 included efiles, even if you have to pay for any additional ones. Many are worried about stimulus checks and some SS recipients may now also have to file.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
