I was unable to file online again this year! The IRS said that my AGI wasn’t correct! It was correct and filled in correctly! Not sure why I can’t file online again this year! Very disappointing!

I had tax exempt dividends. When I would import anything and then put the tax exempt dividends in I would not get the box to exempt from State tax.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

Took me a LONG time to finish because I had so many different forms & schedules needed, that (hopefully) are a one-time issue. Without this software program to guide me, I would have been LOST ! I had attempted to do the taxes without it & realized it was hopeless. It was a great help !
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

Fairly straightforward to enter information and if any question on data asked for there are info balloons that can help. The software is easier to use if you had filed previous year on H&R or TurboTax by using previously entered income sources, investments and deductions. You won’t need to start from scratch. The only difficulties I see are finalizing the return, reviewing, printing, filing options that is not as clear and easy as could be.

As a first time user I struggled for a while. Have always done my own taxes, even in the pre-computer program days, so I was surprised that I had a problem working with this program. Finally finished my own after working on 2 different family members taxes...theirs went fine but were not as complicated as mine. Don't know if I will use it next year or not.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
