Mostly great but the rejection process needs work

You need to move the “Rejection” menu to the menu bar instead of hiding it under several layers of Misc. My return was rejected twice, the first time I had to finally google where to find the information to resolve the problem.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

Much worse than the old IRS application. Extremely repetitive. Ambushes you with a processing fee for state taxes. Poor, buggy interface. Loses connection when there’s been no loss of internet. Just a really shoddy program.

Fine till the end……had difficulty qualifying the return for efile…..had a review error that had to be fixed. Couldn’t find it…tried their service chat…worthless….called to speak to agent….never got connected…finally entered a value into a red box and was able to efile.

We have utilized H&R Block software for the past 15 years without any issues. This year, however, we found the choice between using the online service and downloading the software to be somewhat confusing. My preference is to download the software rather than use the web-based option. Overall great software!

I have been using your soft ware for a long time and have always been pleased with it. It seems to cover everything and is mostly easy to understand. I is very hard to get to speak to a person if you have a question. That is my only complaint.
