I've been a loyal user of the H&R Block tax software for many years (20+). However, this will be a third consecutive year that I need to file the 1040X because you are restricting the e-filing of more than five copies of the 8938 form. There were no limits on the number of copies of the 8938 form to be e-filed prior to 2023. I've tried to call your office about this issue and was told that the issue would be investigated and fixed. But there are still no fixes for 2025, which is forcing me to mail separately the 1040X form with additional 8938 copies. I plan to use other tax software next year if this is not fixed. Please look into this and get it fixed!

I have purchased HR Block software every year for over 15 years and have had no issues until this year. This software was full of bugs. I am running MacOS and the weekly software updates would not run. I had to reinstall the software every week to get the new updates.
Worst of all I paid for the deluxe plus state and due to the software issues I ended up have to repay for the state program!!! I hope you do better next year. This year was terrible!
