Your software is fine and works well. However, pricing for filing the state returns is extremely high and as a result the cost of your software now is not competitive with you competitors.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used H&R Block Software for many years and have found it to be extremely easy to use, helpful, and accurate. It expertly guides the user through each tax scenario to ensure that the user knows what tax situations applies to them in order to help maximize the tax refund/minimize tax due. The accuracy check at the end is great...identifies any information requiring attention so that submission to the IRS is not rejected. All in all...software is an excellent "tax accountant" at a reasonable price.
