Multiple issues. Somehow, the file name got corrupted. The state forms don't have all the correct forms, so I have to buy a printer and submit on paper. Submitted my federal on Friday, then the corruption of the file name. I don't know if my return was accepted or not.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall good experience, however not thrilled with having to include brief explanation of taxable income on MA State return. The program knows what it is and should just identify it somewhere on the return.
