been using for years and stick with it because of pricepoint and it fills in most info in from previous return. Still has obvious flaws but I am now wise to them. Do not know if turbo tax is any better.
Beats paying an accountant for uncomplicated returns. I do not feel like I am leaving money on the table

I have been using H&R Block Deluxe for several years now & it guides me through the tax filing process easily. My taxes aren't very complicated, however it is good to have the software lead you through each section.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast

Great software but no real support for filing K-1s

Major software bugs; features removed in 2019

Don't buy this software. Shoe box feature which has been part of this software since its inception in the early 90's has been removed. Feature allows you to enter tax information receipt by receipt, instead of by interview. Everyone in tech support is so new that they have never heard of the shoe box feature.
Edit copy/paste/cut does not work. Hard to believe. But I have been unable to copy a tax id and paste it into another form.
Software will not accept 6 digit IRS pin, only 5 digits, so I cannot Efile this year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
