I would give you a 5 Star rating because of the quality and ease of use of the software. The reason for a 3 star is due to your software cost. One would think after using the software over 15 years you would get a break on cost

Overall a very good product. It's a nicely organized structure with clear instructions for the most used IRS forms. I have a few small quibbles, hence this is short of a five star rating. Navigation, which is generally good, sometimes falls short when choosing to do entries out of sequence. The feature which reviews the completed return for possible entry errors could provide a bit more help when the needed correction is not obvious.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was frustrated with the state return logic. I was forced to choose a type of my pension type. In years past I could leave this blank. When I chose the pension type my state refund doubled which was not correct.
