Generally good - I’ve used it for years.

Technical problems caused a reload to a different computer. I was cutoff four times before getting a very helpful person. The help menu often doesn’t get me to an answer I’m looking for.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Quick and easy to use. I can always get mine done by myself in my home in 30 minutes, not paying hundreds of dollars to have someone do it for me.

Loved the helpful and free electronic filing.
Poor job of picking up or displaying info from last years filing. I had to go back to last years printout to get the info manually.

Excellent walk through of possible tax info needed

As long as I kept software open, I had all the info I needed. Efile was fine. The software would not update and therefore if I saved it, I had to re-enter all the info.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would have given 5 stars-but-the software needs to be rewritten-computers have been around for over 30 years now, and this software the way they wrote it would not adjust to my bigger computer screen, it's not just a square box. I had to run the program at a different resolution than everything else on my computer, or I would have numbers or text in a box on a form that would be outside of the box. Just like this stupid survey I'm taking now, I have inches of blank screen on both side of this form. Come on people, I'm not using a phone or ipad etc to write this or do my taxes. Write it the way software should be written.
Cons: Hard to prepare
