I’m a repeat customer but am continually frustrated by doing everything right and then finding errors at the end which were never addressed during the process. Can’t things like my address be populated from my address that you already have? Also, if the main page is changed from 1040A to 1040SR shouldn’t I be informed prior to printing to avoid confusion?
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

As a longtime user, I found this year’s version easy to use with one exception. During the check for errors, the guidance for correcting an entry on a form was not clear. I found I had to enter leading zeros to a number. That guidance would have been more helpful during data entry. A

Generally good software, but it took longer than Turbotax to resole a problem with the 1116 Form - stioll not done. Turbotax fixed the problem last week.
