Easy to use. Guides me the whole way and reminds me of forms I need and deductions that may apply. Excellent helpline/call-in-service (actually I used the online chat). It does seem to update a lot. I l also found a couple of glitches near the end, e.g. it would not retain my bank routing number, would not efile, but these were quickly resolved via the chat line

I have used TurboTax for years. This was my first time using your tax program. It was smoother than Turbotax, and took less time. As with Turbotax, I had to manually enter zeros as the basis for expired options. It did a perfect job of picking up data from my 2018 tax return.
