Used product for over 10 years. Takes only 3 hours for Fed and State.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I will never use you again! Program changed refund amount after printed and when efiled with state. It did not state it had changed. Very unhappy since I now am supposed to amend on my own. The guaranteed max refund claim is not correct.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Was easy to follow, only issue is I transposed a birthday on one of the screens, software did not catch this, so it was rejected by IRS. I was able to go back in, fix the date and resubmit with no further issues.
