Easy to Use

Easy to use and the narrative is very good and the price is just right and cheaper than Turbo Tax. But please make some changes as follows: 1. List the Interest donations on Schedule A rather than on a separate page, 2. Fix estimated tax payments so they work for 10% of 2020 and 90% of 2019. They only work for 2019 100% or 110%. 3. Add "Average Market Value" rather than under "Other" when donating a stock. 4. Eliminate extra pages for federal and state tax printouts. Hopefully something will be done for next year.

One suggestion for older age people friendly use. It is becoming more and more difficult to view the screen of each software conversation page because of the small font size. Please consider enlarging the font to a bigger size to keep me in use. Thank you!

Great Product with a Glitch

The software is very easy to use for me, a non-technical senior. I have been using for around 10 years without any problem. However, this year I got a problem when e-filing the federal tax for my cousin. She has income from two sources, from the SS and the Roth IRA distribution. The entire SS income was exempt. So, the total income on line 7b was zero. The software took it as an error and did not allow me to file online.
