Works well. Simple to use for the most part. Deluxe + State version. Plenty of free Federal E files. Think for the price it should at least include 1 free State E file...handy that if you use it every year it saves/imports prior years return info.
Pros: Easy to prepare

This tax software is very helpful in many ways, but I encountered some situations where I was just making my best guess because I'm not familiar with tax terminology. I tried the AI tool but didn't find it very intelligent; maybe I give up too quickly. Once completed, I found it very easy to transmit it to the IRIS.

System kept charging me for state filling on my credit card but did file my state return because it said an update needed to be done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found the final part of the program was improved over last year. The part where you print a paper copy and upload to the IRS with your banking info.

Good package with a few missing forms

I bought this to replace TurboTax and it worked pretty well except for the fact that I could not import my Investment Income because Wells Fargo was not available. Also, it said I could do my Arizona state return, but this did not include 2 Arizona forms (340 and 352) that I needed but the software didn't provide even though the interview asked for the data. I had to download them and fill them out myself. I'm glad I checked or I would have sent an incomplete return. Please correct if I am to use again.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Enjoyed using the software but had a major problem getting it to get updates. It ended up that there is an issues using Verizon wireless networks and being able to get updates. I had to disable IPV6 to get it to work
