Website states that software supports non-resident forms for DE, but not the e-filing of the forms. The software doesn’t even allow you to fill out the non-resident forms to print and mail in ... says not supported!!! I had to manually fill out paper forms I downloaded from the DE state website!

Not well put together and way overpriced for what it does. Import function isn't accurate and doesnt work for too many providers. State returns shouldn't be 20 dollars.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

I’ve used HRB tax software for the past ten years and it very easy to use and submit returns to the irs and state. It’s almost impossible to itemize now with the new tax laws, would like to see this software offer options on that versus just using the standard deduction.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund
