I've used this program several times over at least 10 filing years. Predictable performance, works well on any PC i install it on. Exploring around the features, find it's mostly the same product every time. I like that. The A.I. chat is ok, but not quite as complete as other AI's but I'm sure it will only get better with each new version. Plus, I like that the data is on my PC local and I don't have to be online to work with it.

The main feature is the ability to backtrack with ease. One problem has been going back several steps, correcting a problem than going once again through several steps that were OK.

Smooth flow, has all my info from last year and loaded it no prob. Everything I need done, was done. My only problem was a little hard reading the text, as I get older. Be nice to adjust the font or view. I wanted to print some text for research, different pages, but had to use screen capture instead. Could improve that.
