Missing Financial Broker

I have used this for two years and neither year did it allow me to download my investment information from LPL Financial. Turbo Tax does. Why? LPL Financial is a large enough broker to be included in all tax application software.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have used your software for a number of years. This year was the first time we had to deal with an HSA. The instructions in the module/section could have been written better. I believe the data was correctly calculated, however it was a bit unclear on how the numbers were calculated.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Using this software this year was great. I'm not tech savvy, and it was very easy to navigate, the easiest year thus far for me. It seems that they found a way to take out the cumbersome back and forths and just lead you to what is pertinent, always prompting questions to make sure you weren't missing something necessary along the way. It really seemed idiot proof for me and we are pleased with this software, would use it in the future and would recommend it to others.

Difficult to manage two state returns

I live in NJ and work in NY. Every year I have problems with filing as a non-resident and as a resident. This should be fixed already.
