Mostly positive experiences for the last 7 years. Some of the questions are not always clear and some of the error checks are not very intuitive as to what to fix. The errors should bring up help for each instance.

I’m a Fan … but not of the 2025 tax year version

I’ve used a version of this product since the 1970s. I think that the 2025 version is the worst that I have ever used. It was glitchy and left me with lots of unanswered questions.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
