Too many problems requiring calls to tech support. Error messages that did not help solve a problem. Had to use task manager to force quit background processes.
Cons: Time consuming

I have used HR Block tax software for almost ten years after having used other programs. The software is easy to use and is not nearly as expensive as some other programs. It has never steered me wrong and has ensured that I get all the breaks/credits that are due for me.
