Comprehensive and relatively intuitive to use

I've been using H&R for the past dozen years or so and it helps cut down on the time to do taxes because it is able to import the prior year's info. Pretty straightforward tax prep with "help" sections explaining a lot of the terms and entries
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

the Colorado return would not print one of the forms for filing. I had to manually transfer data to a Colorado form to get it turned in.

We are in our 70's and not techie at all. I am comfortable with this program walking me through each step with many questions making me confident that it is done right. The few investments we have are easy to download to the program so that I am not entering each and every amount line by line. They check for accuracy and will help me if needed. I have used H&R Block for years. It is easy to use and . When I hear people having trouble filing their Federal Form, I tell them I use H&R Block and it is done in no time. I tried using another program (Turbo Tax) but I found it confusing. .
