Easy to install and use. Automatic patch checks. If you have all of your tax information in hand it goes pretty quickly, especially, in following years when you use the software the following year so many items are pre-filled for you.
I've used this software for years for my small business and that of a few family members. Very thorough when you need to look something up or have a question. Reliable
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I have been using you for several years and have always been happy with the results. This year was no different, even though this was my first time using your state program.

Federal is great, AZ state missing tax credit form

Easy to use ... except it does not include Arizona form 352 (foster care charitable tax credit form) which is actually commonly used in AZ for those who want to make charitable donations that they get back in their refund. So, that means anyone donating to foster children in AZ must print and mail their state return rather than e-filing. When printing, I noticed that the barcode on the front also had a line of text running through the top of it, which could make the barcode read wrong. Tried to fix it by adjusting printer settings, not possible. Yikes. So, I had to go to the fillable forms on AZDOR's website, download the 140 and copy everything over to it, to make sure that the barcode would read correctly. Which took way longer than it needed to and wasted paper. Please, next year, just add in form 352, OK? How hard would it be to include a tax credit donation form that helps foster kids? And then I will give you a five star review.
