By far the best value on the tax-software market. Straightforward to use, and the import features work well if you're moving from another program that the pricing has become unreasonable (I'm looking at you TurboTax and TaxAct).

Software is good for most situations. This year I had issues with two states and state refunds originally showing up on federal returns when it shouldn’t if last years info had been brought in properly.
Also cost wise to buy a second state costs more than the initial program. I think a product of federal + 2 states would be great!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents, Fast
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund

I have used HRB (earlier TaxCut) tax software for many years and it has always done a good job for me. One year I tried TurboTax and it just wasn't the same, so I returned to HRB.

Only problem i had I don't think I got a activation, I had to contact the help center.they did help. Maybe next time I will not buy without getting a cd.
