I have been using this tax SW and its predecessors for decades and love it! I don't appreciate the cost increases every year, but I guess that's the way things go nowadays.

I had some questions about the 2025 tax return I completed. I went to Contact Us on Monday and left my phone number for a call back from a local agent. As of today, Thursday evening, I have not received a call back. The chatbot was not helpful. I ultimately consulted with AI and received excellent help. I have used this software for the last 16 years and I have a very simply tax situation. Typically, it takes me a couple hours to complete. This year it took me most of the day and still left me uncertain about some of the entries. I felt that there could have been much more explanation provided.
