I would like to see more informational videos or video links, for all H&R block users. This is something that I would like to recommend. Taxcut has a lot of such features.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

Labor intensive interface. Not user friendly when have to jump around using "go to" to check warning flags. No ability to just select "use standard deduction" and skip all the details for a quick tax return for an over 65 person.
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It’s actually pretty easy to use. I’ve been using it for at least 15 years. If you have any questions about your taxes. There are multiple ways of getting you’re answer. There is always someone at your fingertips to help. I have never needed personal help because the software answered my questions.
