I have been using HR Block Tax software for many years. I find it to be easy to use, meets all my needs, and is a real value compared to its competitors. I had previously used Turbo Tax but found it got too expensive. I expect to continue to use HR Block for future tax preparation.

I’ve been using this app since the mid 90s. My taxes are fairly simple, but tis app allows me to easily and fairly quickly complete both my federal and state returns. I also allow a daughter to do her taxes every year. My only preference would be to include free state efile also. The app has gotten significantly more expensive since I first started using it.

Software is ok---the issue is not saving it where it can be accessed in future years for review or data import. My Block should provide a pathway to save it regardless how it was obtained!
Because of the travel restrictions, I did my 2019 taxes away from my residence on a different computer and lack of access to prior years return , caused huge issues!!!
Been a long time customer--- now am researching products that will provide access no matter where I may be!!!

Good for everything but state return.

You need to review the how to prepare an Indiana return. Some items make you enter them even if you don't need to. My return is not correct the way the software did it. I was not able to e-file it.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
