Product needs improvement in ability to upload PDF files for 1099 forms similar to W-2. forms. Not all brokerage firms provide online direct access to import tax forms. I have to manually type in the same well-known brokerage firm address multiple times.
Cons: Hard to import documents

This is the first year I used the MAC version and the software is HORRIBLE, I will switch to TurboTax next year. The amount it said I would get back changed considerably after I ha d already submitted my return the IRS, it reduced the amount and then said you don't owe know. Before if I owed it wouldn't let you submit your tax return without paying,
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would normally give your software a five star rating, but I’ve dropped it down to three stars because of one section in the software, and that section is on required minimum distribution (RMD).
The questions and wording of the RMD section is so confusing that any non-tax professional would have trouble completing this section.
