The software is overall excellent, but had one problem that should be fixed. The software did not catch the fact that my return did not have our IP PINs entered for both my wife and myself, nor was there any prompt in the process to enter them. The way to enter them was too deeply embedded in the app and I found the appropriate page only by Googling it. My return Federal return was rejected the first time I submitted it, but after I corrected the omission, it was accepted on the second try.

Great to use except for electronic submission!

The software was great to use, but I didn’t like the electronic submission part. I had to unhook my PC carry to the basement and bypass the FIOS router completely in order to submit the return.That is a feature that needs to be fixed. Most new laptops do not have Ethernet ports.
