If you are an Arizona Resident and take the extra private school tax credit, don't use this software if you want to file electronically!

You said it had the ability to import from Vanguard. But the system kept crashing.
In addition, I had trouble opening it up, which ended up being related to different logins on the same computer. On the same computer, I should be able to open up a Program under one login or the other – especially after I have indicated the privileges to share the files between logins
I found that you did not have cryptocurrency forms available till March 11 and I wanted to file prior to that
So those were three big things that has a former computer programmer, I would have expected to not encountered difficulty with. I am not a novice. I am a former systems engineer. I understand how to troubleshoot things usually. And I still ended up having program problems with your program.

Confusing and not designed for reporting more than

Your 2025 deluxe software is very poorly worded and designed in reporting IRA distributions with basis and values for multiple IRAs. It doesn't work. It doesn't allow for more than one IRA to be reported. Your "learn more" even says to consult a tax professional for Form 8606. What the point of buying your software then? I won't do it again.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everything went well except the portion where I had to describe the rmd on my IRA that really bogged things down I was confused and it took literally a day to figure out what was going on and I actually had to submit it with an error on it and then I guess someone else straightened it out
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needs improving

I have used this product for year. This year when I tried to E-file my return, I must update before I file. I updated 3 times and this error message still appears which prevents me from submitting my form.
