Very confusing program. Having to fix so many errors and told you can’t efiile if you fix errors. I prefer turbo tax, easy to use but won’t work on my computer. I hope I don’t need to use this program ever again.

I've been using the H&R Block software for years now. This year is the only time I've had an issue. After doing the latest update, I can't access the finished state return. All I need to do is print it and send it but I can't access anything. Otherwise, I like the process for what it is.

Bought Deluxe federal and state. Downloading for federal was smoothe; state, not so much. Instructions for both sort of confusing. Being first time of filing online was definitely an experience. However once I looked up many things online to explain the process, it became easier and I appreciated the running tally of my refund on the side of screen.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Generally works well but had a very difficult with inherited IRA's. Program indicated that this might be resolved in future update. Online help was worthless.
