I started using the online version and as I got further into my return I found I needed to upgrade to the premium version of the downloadable software. I was unable to import the work I had already done in the online version. As I reentered different 1099s I found the downloaded version did not allow me to import all the 1099s in pdf format I was able to import via the online version of the software. That was a major disappointment.

Cons: Hard to import documents

I have used your software for more than 15 years, this year's version was not good. It was buggy and kept freezing and shutting down. Also, the AZ state version had all of the tax credits for schools wrong, like it wasn't updated from last year's numbers.

I bought this in january and ive had nothing but issues with it. ive used the software for years but this is the first time ive had problems. It keeps wanting to update before i can efile a return (After I pay for state Efile) then after updating it wants me to pay again. i did one return and had to pay 5 times before i could efile it.
