EXPLAINING ISSUES

WHEN EVER THERE WAS AN UNKNOW ISSUE THE PROGRAM HAD THE ANSWER. AND IT THERE STILL WAS A N ISSUE I COULD CALL THE NUMBER AND GET SOMEONE TO HELP, NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TOOK.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Mostly good but I had a K-1 and things didn't match up when I tried inputting the amounts. I did the best I could so I hope I don't get audited from a mistake that may have very little impact on the return.

Your representative who helped me get my State return sent was excellent. He was kind to a hard-of-hearing Senior and he really knew what he was doing.
