Very informative on subjects that might need clarification. Very easy to read and fill in the information that is required. I have used this application for 10 years or more. I appreciate that you mail a copy directly so I don’t have to go and shop for it. It is very easy to download and it gives us 5 free tax return transmissions. Great product.

The software is ok but it could be a bit more user friendly. Maybe a small tutorial would help, as a first time user it got a little intense not knowing what was next and what to expect if I entered something incorrectly. But overall after completing our taxes and seeing the best refund I've had in years also saving a lot on preparation fees from our former account, I'm ready for next year.

Very easy to use and navigate around the return. Saves you time. Make a change on this form and it automatically carries it to the other forms for you! And when you are done it reviews everything and alerts you to items that need reviewed!
