The additional cost for the state program should include at least one efile, but it doesn't! This is extremely frustrating since I only used one of the five "free" federal efiles!
Cons: Hard to import documents

This year, for some reason I had difficulty navigating within the program. I was directed to go back and verify some entries, IRA related, and it was not clear and I had trouble figuring out how, why and what to change. Truth be told doing taxes is a major pain in the butt. I wish explanations were clearer geared to users with no accounting or tax law knowledge. More in the vain of "Taxes for Dummies".
My first run through had me getting a refund that was "too good to be true" and as it turned out, to the best of my efforts, in fact was just that.
I hope next year's program is more user friendly or I'll be looking elsewhere for tax help.
