While no application is going to be "perfect", HRB comes as close as any. Sometimes this 73-year-old with several income sources gets "lost" or frustrated with all the annual changes in the forms; I just exit and take a break. When I reload my return, my confusion seems to have cleared up...funny that.

It’s a fairly easy program to use and I would of rated it 5 but when I was ready to file an update came through. After the update the review brought up three errors. Was unable to correct and ended up having to delete the entry. Was unable to renter data. Had to re install the program to renter data and file. Upgrades are a killer on programs today.

I've used this software for several years. It's a bargain compared to TurboTax. Improvements I've noticed this year are in completing Form 1116 (Foreign Taxes Paid) and in the final checks which used to be a real pain.
Pros: Easy to prepare
