Two years in a row, imported info from my W-2 wrong, leading to time wasted on manual error-checking, since the supposed error-checking the s/w did had no clue. That can't be so difficult - need help with regex to find the numbers? I didn't have a hint there'd been an import error until the s/w said I couldn't e-file the state return because two fields from the W-2 had the same value, when they're expected to be different. Should have been a) imported correctly to begin with, or at least b) caught in earlier error-checking.
Difficult to find the form I have to print out to mail in for my state payment - that should be linked PROMINENTLY at the conclusion of the e-file; if I have to mail something in, make the link to it EASY TO FIND!
