Everything I am looking for in a do it yourself tax program. I would give it 5 stars except, like everyone else these days , they are, throughout the tax preparation process, trying to get you to upgrade / purchase a more expensive version. That said I have used them for years and like the ease of entering information, the speed with which I can do my taxes, and of course their audit protection (although I have never been audited it's nice to know it is there)

To take a common deduction regarding sales tax on a car purchase, I had to go directly to Schedule A and fill it out. I could not get any knowledgeable help from H&R on how to take the deductions from within the shell program.
