I've used H&R Block's software for almost a decade now. I've found that it's easy to use and it provides help when I come across tricky areas in my tax returns. This is a good program for intermediate complexity tax preparation work. I've found it very helpful with my charitable deductions, Health Spending Accounts and stock earnings reporting.

Good program - minimal technical support

I bought this software package on February 3, 2020, and it worked well. Unfortunately, I had to reformat my hard drive and deleted the program and trying to get technical support to re-install the program is greatly lacking.
Pros: Easy to prepare

I have used Taxcut for more than 10 years. My income consists of wages, and retail investor income (interest, capital gains, dividends and partnership income reported on K-1). It does what I need and costs less than turbotax.
