I've been using the H&R Block tax software for years and it seems that this year it was easier to use than ever. I do shop for price though because your initial offer always seems to get lower if I wait and check resellers. You should consider a better discount program for repeat users.

Have been using this software for 6 to 7 years generally happy with it. Interviews are helpful but having a good working knowledge of the tax code is important/necessary to avoid any backlash with the IRS. Never going back to manual paper returns the potential for errors is always there.
