I love this program. It is easy to use and you can get help if you need it. But it is so simple I have never had to ask for help and I have been using it for about 5 or 6 years now without any problems.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have been using H&R Block since it was TaxCut. Using the same software consistently minimizes the data entry I have to do each year. I am a creature of habit. I feel comfortable with my return and appreciate H&R Blocks risk assessment and audit support (although I have never had to use the audit support).

Overall pretty good software for Federal returns. However, it is not ideal for military members with spouses having different state residency.

I have used Block software for years. It is okay, but this year I found an issue with the state program. Not sure whose "fault" it is but for the price, the actual .gov was more trustworthy
