I've been using this tax software program for at least 10 years or more and I keep going back... To me it is the best tax software available. Import last years returns, carries over items from previous year, provides answers on the page for content questions. Checks over the form and points out errors before filing. Submission and followup is easy. Just wish state filing was included in the price. See you next year!!

I switched to Block a few years ago when Turbotax raised their prices. I find it as easy to use as Turbotax. Both have some annoyances. This year Block didn't tell me some override entries are not allowed until the final review (such as depreciation on form 4835, which I got around be adding a line for it under other expenses on the same form), causing some rework after I thought I was done. I've come to expect such things from any tax software and plan to continue using Block.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Done what I needed it to do. Download stock/mutual fund transactions and incorporate them into my return - a biggie for me.
At times, e.g. at the beginning when trying to upload my last years TT return into HRB - not as clear to me as it could have been.
Worked really well and was able to finish and file my taxes in a short time.
