I like the easy questionnaire and the fact it imports my previous returns! I keeps track of last year's AGI and even things like IRA baseline or whatever the name is.
Ah! I was also able to import the W2 directly which otherwise is prone to errors. Likewise with investment 1090s directly from the investment institutions, a life saver.
Price is super comparable.

had issues getting 1099 Misc for rents and another for royalties to process properly. Since 1099 misc for royalties was only $3, I just omitted it to get taxes to calculate properly.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming

I’m having a tough time filing. My computer crashed and I cannot pull up 18 taxes to get my agi. The IRS is having its own problems. I can not make the connection to retrieve what I need. Also I can not find where I printed a copy, found paperwork. But no return.

This year I had a problem where I got all the way to the point of filing when the software insisted that a value had to change. It *forced* me to fill out my tax return "wrong" in order to proceed (and was not easy to do it either). H&R Block overall works well, the problems are 99% due to our terrible/complex tax laws. There is no other software (that I've tried) which is better. This year I had a second glitch with my property tax return (which it will not allow you to file but does let you fill it out) where it showed a refund of several hundred dollars but then when I manually printed to form to send it in there was no refund.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
