The program is vague at times leading to having to go back over a lot of things. The state program was even worse.
Cons: Time consuming

I have used your tax software since you have had tax software. Very disappointed this year that it took until the end of February to have the forms necessary to file. I was waiting on depreciations schedules which should be pretty generic.

H&R Block tax software made doing my taxes very easy and quick. And, since I used their software last year, it was able to prefill all of the general information on this years tax return, that saved a lot of time. Thank you H&R Block for making a tedious task much easier to do.

I BOUGHT THIS SOFTWARE IN EARLY DECEMBER, ASSUMING QUALITY SOFTWARE, I HAVE TO MAIL MY RETURNS BECAUSE MY ACTIVATION WAS USELESS. I HAVE USED YOUR SOFTWARE FOR 35 YEARS. I WON'T USE IT AGAIN, AND WILL TELL ANYONE INTERESTED IN YOUR PRODUCT TO AVOID YOUR SOFTWARE!!! DISGUSTED AND VERY SAD HOW CRAPPY YOU'VE ENDED UP.DON'T SEND ME ANY OFFERS NEXT YEAR.

Simply great!

It was much better than previous years that had glitches with the rental income sections. The last few years it had trouble completing and always seemed to have errors upon end of software review. This year there weren’t any error issues! Yeah!
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming
