I’ve used H&R Block tax software for many years. This year, when I attempted to file my federal tax return, my authorization code wouldn’t work for some reason. I called the 800 number and quickly was given a code that worked. Thank you for quickly fixing my issue.

My problem was that I bought the product on a Mac device, my phone, and then tried to use the authority code on my PC. Big problem. I spent hours trying to load the program before Cally helped me.
