Excellent software overall with readability limits

Overall the software made filing my taxes easy. I did find that I had some trouble reading the smaller fonts used on lists. That is partly due to my laptop screen settings but I didn't take the time to experiment. Readability was my only significant complaint.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast

I have used TaxCut for many years and have always felt it did a great job. The software is easy to use as long as you input the correct data. Because I had a question beyond the scope of the software, I did buy the additional "Chat with a Tax Pro" and got two different answers to the same question from two different "pros", so that poses a problem. But for basic tax returns you can't beat the software.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

I haven't used other software. I have used H&R over 10 years. So, I can't compare it to other software. To me it doesn't process states well; in some instances you have to go to the states' web site and print forms.
