I have used this program for over 20 years. It is easy to navigate and walks you through every subject, even if you do not know if it may apply. It may be a little harder for anyone that has a complicated/unusual item. I have an accounting degree and am familiar with terms and know where to look up additional information for situations that may arise. For the average filer this should be sufficient.
I did not get my money from IRS direct in my bank account. I will file my taxes in the future by hand. Y'all could of sent the bank information to IRS after we where informed if the money was coming.
It's OK. I previously used Turbo Tax but they did something a few years back that ticked me off so I switched. I think I liked Turbo Tax better. Using H&R it seems cumbersome to look at the forms and navigating through the return if you want to go back and review something.
