I am having a hard time getting my form accepted,I have the right info but I think somehow it is not being sent properly or the IRS is totally wrong. I don’t want to mail it in but thay might be my only option.

The overall process of the Tax return is good. There needs to be a review of the questions, and Explanations need to be refined or added. In particular, the question on Health Insurance does not clearly explain the selection options.

this year was simple with no difficulty. More explanations for state interest earnings exempted would help. Last year I had to understand why the program would not accept combined broker sale information. It was necessary to manually break out all sales as one old item did not have a covered basis. The install process has remained consistent, and I learned to work my needs for desired directory organization around your basic cluttered method for program and data.
